Tara R.

The conference was amazing. I was able to meet so many of the great people I've met through blogging and it as better than I expected. The food was incredible and the breakout sessions...can't say enough good things about those.

Like you, the range of emotions I went through listening to the Keynote community speakers went from tears of laughter to tears of sorrow and empathy.

This weekend was an experience I will treasure for years to come.

I am so glad you had a good time!! Did you meet Mamacita?

Kay Dennison

Wow!!!!!!!!! I forgot it was the silly season for you!!!! Glad you weathered it and hope you can relax now!

It sounded just fantastic Joy. As I have from the first conference I wish I could have been there. One day maybe......

I'm so glad that I was able to meet you Joy. :)

You certainly don't need to apologize for taking 4 days to write this very informative and long post. It would have taken me that long to remember everything.

It sounds like a lot of fun and to be able to share it with your daughters was icing on the cake.

Good food, good people and freebies. Who could ask for anything more? (Well, maybe Mark Harmon or George Clooney. ;-) -.)

I think I would have been overwhelmed! Thanks for posting about this phenomenon.

What a wonderful recap, Joy. You must be very, very proud of how far BlogHer has come. Though I've yet to make a conference, I remember reading about the first one...seems almost intimate now in retrospect! :)

You make me want to attend a BogHer conference. Maybe next year!

It sounds like a MARVELOUS event and perhaps one of these days I'll get myself together enough to attend. In the meantime I'll content myself with newsy posts like yours. As for Twitter ... I have no idea how I'd get ANYTHING done if I let myself pick up THAT habit. Blogging eats up way too much time as is ;--)
Hugs and blessings,

Dear Joy,

I am delighted that you had the opportunity to be with your girls and enjoy the fact that they were so happy to show you off to their friends.

What could be better?
