Average Jane

Oh, kidney stones are terrible! I hope you feel better soon.

I’m sorry to hear Stony’s stuck around … and you’re having to deal with them now. I’m sending positive healthy vibes and energy your way. You know how hard it is to type with one’s fingers crossed??? Hope all goes well for the wedding too.
Hugs and blessings,

Pebbles BE GONE! Got my fingers crossed that you'll feel better soon. It was GREAT meeting you on Saturday. Shoot me an email if you need anything.

Joyful, better than fingers crossed, your on our family prayer list...Pass Pebbles Pass!

Well, bastardizing a little Shakespeare ...out, out damn pebble!" or even worse, a wish from the bible. .. "This too shall pass." Please forgive my silliness, my dear friend. You have my sincere thoughts and prayers. Keep us posted on your progress.

Bloody kidney stone. Cross your fingers and spit as my Nana used to say, that it leaves you before 13 September.

I'll keep my fingers crossed, too!

Joy, the ability to keep your sense of humor in the face of pain is just wonderful. I would send a rock crusher to pulverize pebble if I could figure out how to get them together.

I hope you can enjoy the entire trip without complications. I am sending healing thoughts your way.

I will keep you in my thoughts and pray that Pebbles decides to leave just like Stony did.

Maybe Pebbles is smaller and will leave sooner....

Has your doctor not suggested Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) for kidney stones.

Just a suggestion.
Do some research and let me know if this has been helpful to you.

Bear((( )))

So sorry you're having this trouble again!!

Hope it gets over soon for you and the trip will be fun for you!

What? You are losing weight? Did you tell us about this and I missed it?
That is fantastic. Now shut up about it already! :)

Yeah, what he friend had that done, and passed the remnants in a day, and feels SOOOOOO much better!!!

Sorry to read this Joy. (Sigh) Is this what becoming old means? Praying...this comes with lots of love. Do have a great weekend.

Hi Joy!
I've been reading your blog for some time now, and I'd like to congratulate you on your third blog anniversary! I'd also like to invite you to join us at, a website for slightly older women who live life to the brim by embracing transitions and changing with the times! I look forward to seeing you there.:) All the best!

Rotten Pebbles! get thee out of Joy!

I'll be hoping and praying for the successful passage of Pebbles.

Dear Joy ~~ I am so sorry you have another kidney stone. Did you check out the address that Bear gave you. I have had 3 lots of this treatment (We just call it Lithotripsy here)I had epidural anesthetic each time and I don't like those but the pieces of stones passed painlessly,
I do hope you are able to go to your niece's wedding and that you all have a wonderful time. Take care. Much Love, Merle.
