I'm sorry you have to drag Stony along with you, but maybe he'll just be quiet and let you enjoy the holidays. Merry Christmas.

Denise

Have a safe trip, Joy. Enjoy the holiday with your awesome family.

I hope you find carolers along the way or once you arrive. Actually, my brother-in-law belongs to a church group that still does this annually. I go along if it's not too cold, but this year he's in Georgia ... and I'm not making THAT trip! Have a lovely holiday with your family ...

I've got to stop this blog visiting and get my cards finished ... unless I decide to send valentines this year instead?
Hugs and blessings,

Nancy

Joy,

Have a wonderful visit with your daughter and her family. Your Grandchildren are adorable and they will be so happy to see you.

Sorry about SS tagging along. Maybe he will be a silent partner.Let's hope so.

Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to you and yours.......

Merry Christmas, Joy! Some people in our neighborhood caroled last year, but I couldn't go. I missed it.

Merry Christmas to you and that beautiful family of yours, Joy.

Joy.....we are SUCH twins, that you have me scared! I hope SS is not in my future, and I pray that he gives up the ghost and lets you have a wonderful Christmas.

I adore caroling, and have no one to go with. I seem to be the only one in my family who cares to sing. I'm a strong alto, and I can even sing tenor if necessary. I even know the words to more than one verse of most carols. I'm willing to go out on a snowy night, to sing! Let's pray that one day I find a group to sing with, and we make it to your door.

Have a wonderful Christmas, Joy. I hope you're well, and that you bask in your family's love.

I took my five little granddaughters caroling around the halls of our apartment building. It was very fun. They bundled up for the fun of it, we took a tiny treat to each door and just sang a quick "We Wish you a Merry Christmas" after realizing "Then one foggy Christmas night" made Rudulph a much longer, boring caroling song. It was a good way to do it.

By this time I hope Stony has departed and the rest of the trip is only you and your daughter.

Caroling? I did not hear one group this year in our little town, but usually we have at least one group coming around. Yes some traditions should remain.

Peggy

I hope you had a Merry Christmas, stone or no stone. I wouldn't wish a kidney stone on my worst enemy, they're terribly painful. Is it gone yet?

I love carols too, but it doesn't seem to be a tradition around here.
